Therapeutic services are by appointment only.

- Tuesday- Telehealth
- Wednesday- In-person & Telehealth
- Resilient Minds Counseling, PLLC cannot guarantee after-school appointments due to limited availability.
All appointments are scheduled via telehealth, unless otherwise arranged.
Please note all appointments have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
- Appointments canceled after 24 hours will be charged full-service rate.
Resilient Minds Counseling, PLLC standard appointments are 45 minutes long and begin promptly at the top of the hour.
If you are running late, please email Stephanie directly. After 10 minutes the appointment will be canceled and charged as a "no show". No show rate is full session rate.

No worries, you can use your old link from a previous reminder email or text, or email Stephanie

Looking for a Superbill?
You can download your bill from your Simple Practice portal or email Stephanie
Need to reschedule an appointment?
Email Stephanie! Please note, the appointment is not considered canceled or rescheduled unless you have confirmation from Stephanie.

Need to update your Credit Card?
You can change your payment (credit card/ FSA/ HSA) through Simple Practice, or at the beginning of your appointment time.
